Both Medila posture correctors are sized by chest circumference. Measure once, take thirty seconds, and you will get the fit right first time.
How to measure
- Stand upright, relaxed, wearing a thin layer or nothing on top.
- Run a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, passing directly under the armpits.
- Keep the tape level all the way round — not riding up at the back.
- Breathe out normally and read the measurement. Do not pull the tape tight.
Size chart
| Size | Chest circumference | Approx. shirt size |
|---|---|---|
| Medium | 71–91 cm (28–36 in) | S–M |
| Large | 91–110 cm (36–43 in) | L–XL |
| Extra Large | 110–130 cm (43–51 in) | 2XL–3XL |
Between two sizes?
Take the larger one. Every strap is adjustable downward, so a size up can always be tightened — a size down cannot be made bigger. This matters most if you plan to wear the corrector over a shirt or a light layer.
CS01 or FF01?
Both models apply the same gentle shoulder-back correction and cost the same. The difference is in how the support is distributed.
| CS01 | FF01 | |
|---|---|---|
| Support style | Moulded central panel — firmer, more structured | Figure-eight straps — softer, more flexible |
| Profile under clothing | Slim | Flattest |
| Best for | Long desk sessions, noticeable feedback | All-day wear, fitted clothing, light activity |
| Sizes | M / L / XL | M / L / XL |
Getting the fit right
- Loosen everything before putting it on, then tighten evenly on both sides.
- It should feel like a reminder, not a restraint. Firm across the shoulder blades, free at the arms.
- Any tingling, numbness or pinching means it is too tight — loosen it immediately.
- Start at 20–30 minutes a day and build up over two to three weeks.
