Where we ship
Medila ships to all Canadian provinces and territories, and to the continental United States. We do not currently ship elsewhere.

All amounts are in Canadian dollars. The free-shipping threshold is assessed on the order subtotal before tax and after any discounts.
Processing time
Orders received before 2:00pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders received after that, or on weekends and statutory holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- Ontario and Quebec — 2–4 business days
- Rest of Canada — 3–7 business days
- Northern and remote communities — up to 10 business days
- United States — 5–12 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs and peak periods can extend them.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once the label is created. If tracking has not updated within three business days of dispatch, contact us.
Addresses, duties and lost parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been collected by the carrier, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded less the shipping cost.
US customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes assessed by their local authority. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund it.
