Orders and shipping

• When will my order ship? Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day leave the same day. Otherwise the next business day.
• How long is delivery? Typically 2–7 business days within Canada, depending on province. US orders take 5–12 business days.
• What does shipping cost? Free on Canadian orders over $50, otherwise $9.99. US orders are a flat $19.99.
• Do you ship outside Canada and the US? Not currently. Ask us if you need somewhere else and we will see what is possible.
• Will I get tracking? Yes — a tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created.

Returns

• What is the return window? 14 days from delivery, for unused items in original packaging.
• Who pays return shipping? You do, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
• Can I exchange for another size? Yes. Return the original and place a new order, or write to us and we will coordinate it.
• How long do refunds take? Processed within five business days of the return arriving, then 3–10 days for your bank.

Payment and tax

• What currency are prices in? Canadian dollars.
• Is tax included? No — GST or HST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province.
• Is checkout secure? Yes. The whole site runs over HTTPS and card details are handled by the payment provider, never stored on our servers.
