Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST/HST, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province. Prices may change without notice, but the price you are charged is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at the time of the order.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens and measurements are approximate. Medila products are designed to support everyday comfort. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury, consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.

Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Intellectual property
The MEDILA name and logo, and the text, images and design of this site, belong to Medila and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
